“We have a nuclear warhead. There were four ones in Ukraine. We managed to get one and another are at command of Ukrainians. And Ukrainians know that we have it”.
Asked about the downed plane he said: “I repeat — do not fly over the territory where the war. This day was a hard fight near Krasny Partizany. Who shot down that shot down”, he said.
