Strelkov (Girkin): Separatists have lost the battle for “Novorossia”
Russian military pesonnel and ex-commander of the terrorists in the Donbas Igor (Strelkov) Girkin considers that the West and Ukraine together have perfectly played. Now they have won the battle for “Novorossia”.
“I consider that the West has done a great job. I’m not talking about Ukraine now. To be honest — they won in terms of strategy. It does not matter how many their planes and helicopters we’ve shot down, how many their tanks we’ve knocked and how many soldiers we have killed – strategically we have lost.
And this is a result – we are not near Kiev, but they are near Donetsk. Conclusion: operation “Novorossia” we have lost”, said Girkin.
